Its mission statement reads: To promote insight into leadership and organisations through research and development, consulting and related activities. This can be achieved through the Foundations own activities, financial support or cooperation with other institutions or individuals. Today the foundation pursues its mission primarily through part ownership of the leadership institute AFF AS.
