Описание: Dans le cadre du projet TRIFT – un projet de transfert d’innovation de Leonardo da Vinci 2010-2012 – une matrice de competences concernant le secteur d’activite «commerce international» a ete elaboree. Cette matrice de competences segmente, sur la base des processus de travail du ledit secteur, les differentes domaines de competences et a l’interieur de celles-ci, les degres de developpement des competences. Cette matrice de competences peut etre utilisee afin de decrire des profils de competence d’une personne, d’une entreprise (p.ex. pour decrire le profil exige lors d’un recrutement) ou encore afin de decrire le programme d’une formation professionnelle. Le fonctionnement de la matrice a ete eprouve par des apprentis du secteur «commerce international» ayant effectue des stages a l’etranger. Les apprentis ont elabore une Portfolio. Les resultats ont ete controles par des instruments d'evaluation («assessment»), qui ont ete partiellement developpes sur la base de la matrice. Grace a une verification valide des competences acquises lors des stages a l’etranger, il est des lors possible de plus ancrer ces stages dans la formation professionnelle. La matrice de competences de TRIFT convient bien aux instruments du processus ECVET. Cette publication contient des articles sur les bases theoriques et le travail dans le projet TRIFT (lie avec des commentaires sur l’evaluation), ainsi qu’une documentation des resultats: la matrice de competences, les profils de competences pour les differents programmes de la formation professionnelle du secteur «commerce international» et les documents de l’ePortfolio et de l'evaluation (assessment).
