In part, disenfranchised losses in some instances are internal fractures from their own tribal leadership. Also, disenfranchisement of Aborigine Officers from their own cultural identity, colonization and the explosion of the newest technological advances without time to assimilate and accommodate to such quantum moments intra-psychically result in deleterious consequences.
Four cultures: Aborigine; Queensland; Police; and Civilian are in need of a humane approach which values cultural competence - to such a reader this guide is relevant, useful, and broad enough to clinically educate participants and observers of such struggles and challenges toward humane solutions.
