Описание: This volume is a synthesis of economic, political, and cultural theories of value. David Graeber re-examines a century of anthropological thought about value and exchange and argues that projects of cultural comparison are in a sense necessarily revolutionary projects.
This author is a Christian wife, who is very concerned about the apostasy and heresies swirling through the church like a whirlwind in these last days. Pastors, evangelists, teachers, missionaries need to be acutely aware of the men and women behind these doctrinal failures.
She said:
Matthew 7:15 "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves."
II Peter 2:1 "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction."
As we draw closer to the end of the church age and the door of grace closes, the enemy is staging a full scale attack on everything holy. His Modus Operandi is deception. His target is the church; not the brick and mortar businesses called "church," but the invisible body of Christ, the believers. It almost seems sometimes that there is a factory somewhere producing false teachers and heretical preachers. And like many of the lonely remnant saints, I found it increasingly difficult to keep track of them.
What I felt was needed was a reference book; a compilation of the current known "Wolves" that the followers of Christ could turn to when encountering an unfamiliar teacher/preacher.
And so, after a year of tracking and researching God's enemies in so many forms, this work came together. As the enemy never sleeps, you can be sure that there will be no end to the deceivers, as the factory is working around the clock to produce new and more effective "Wolf" models.
My prayer is this work will not only be a quick reference, but will reveal the wiles and "seducing spirits and doctrines" of these people (Titus 4:1).

Описание: This book approaches economic problems from a systems thinking and feedback perspective. By introducing system dynamics methods (including qualitative and quantitative techniques) and computer simulation models, the respective contributions apply feedback analysis and dynamic simulation modeling to important local, national, and global economics issues and concerns. Topics covered include: an introduction to macro modeling using a system dynamics framework; a system dynamics translation of the Phillips machine; a re-examination of classical economic theories from a feedback perspective; analyses of important social, ecological, and resource issues; the development of a biophysical economics module for global modelling; contributions to monetary and financial economics; analyses of macroeconomic growth, income distribution and alternative theories of well-being; and a re-examination of scenario macro modeling. The contributions also examine the philosophical differences between the economics and system dynamics communities in an effort to bridge existing gaps and compare methods. Many models and other supporting information are provided as online supplementary files. Consequently, the book appeals to students and scholars in economics, as well as to practitioners and policy analysts interested in using systems thinking and system dynamics modeling to understand and improve economic systems around the world. "Clearly, there is much space for more collaboration between the advocates of post-Keynesian economics and system dynamics! More generally, I would like to recommend this book to all scholars and practitioners interested in exploring the interface and synergies between economics, system dynamics, and feedback thinking." Comments in the Foreword by Marc Lavoie, Emeritus Professor, University of Ottawa and University of Sorbonne Paris Nord
