With a crackle of hurt in her voice and tears rolling down her cheeks she told me, The same thing youre going off on her about and why youre frustrated with her for allowing this is exactly what you do to me. That cut deep because the man I thought I was in my head didnt line up with the man I actually was in real life. Those words cut me to the point all I could do is let that cut bleed while I thought about all the women who had dealt with me. At this point in my life I couldnt offer a woman anything.
