Humanity is confronted with multiple challenges: for example climate change and extremism in all its forms... Moreover, some agreements signed by African countries (due to lack of knowledge or ignorance) for extracting natural resources in the interest of Western powers, have serious consequences that can go as far as the African countries' loss of identity. Faced with this new challenge, we are required to gain a better understanding of how the world is evolving in terms of climate change, but also in terms of a geopolitical point of view. This book is a part of the fight against the lack of civic engagement, extremism, religious radicalism and terrorism in all socio-economic spheres of society. In this book, there are basic elements for a new approach against terrorism; through prevention, risk reduction, preparedness, response, and recovery (PRP2R) using SARA, 3F- PET and PECU. This book aims to equip the Defense and Security Forces (DSF) with new skills to continue their fight against terrorism; as well as urban and rural populations to understand the dangers surrounding them.
