The UK has signed up to the Geneva Convention that bans the use of chemical and biological warfare. Yet it continues to make these banned items. The UK is not alone in this. The USA, France, Belgium, Germany, along with the majority of countries in the west, are also part of it. Yet they condemn third-world countries who try to make them, and in some cases, they even supply these countries with the parts required to make them. That is a fact.
