Lacy Anna Cassitelli is born in Woodstock, NY in the Catskill Mountains as a Baby Boomer in 1952. The Cassitelli's begin life with little money, yet they are a content, hardworking, and social group, who eventually become quite successful.
Under the umbrella of a pair of strong-willed, loving parents and, later, a new house built in the sixties full of kids and an array of critters and pets; Lacy blossoms into a smart, well-liked, and stunning teenager. One special virtue which is not accessible to everyone will eventually open doors for Lacy. She is aware and thankful for this gift. Lacy's mom, a housewife like many other moms, is extremely influential to who Lacy becomes.
