I was awakened by God and told to write, the author says. I got up and started typing. After 7 years, the novel God put in my heart was completed. It changed my life and perspective. Her hope is to let everyone know that they dont need to be perfect to receive Gods love. All it takes is a willing heart. Through Monicas journey, she was able to see Gods hand in her own life.

Author confesses I had made plans for my life but God had plans too. As I struggled to achieve what I thought was the dream, my life took turns and twists. Some were good but some were bad. I made good and bad choices. I suffered with anger, insecurity, and sadness. I felt unloved even when others said they loved me. This novel was an adventure that allowed me to uncover the source of my unhappiness. I pray it does the same for the readers. Although, this is a fictional story, the characters are inspirational for all.
