It includes talk about sex, narcotics, alcohol, abortion, suicide, the Golden Rule, and the Jesus freak, just to mention a few. The theme of the Golden Rule runs throughout this book. It is not just the Golden Rule as a cute rule. Sometimes it is a cold hard fact of life.

Sometimes we are just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sometimes we are affected by what others have done, regardless of what we have done. The Golden Rule is simple. Life is complicated. The least often becomes what is most significant, so we need to pay attention to the little things. Two things that seem contradictory do not require one to be false and the other true. Sometimes both are true.
