I have to disagree on this notion. Doodling implies that the illustration is like a stream of consciousness. I feel like this art is deliberate. There are intense feelings associated with the images portrayed, and, every so often, the illustrations come with epigrams to back them up. I don't think that doodles can invoke emotional sensations. This art does. There are a few darker sketches in the journal that represent deeper feelings of depression. This is a big contrast to the other images that show color palettes of brighter, 'happier' hues. It also shows the depth of these artworks and how nothing stops at the surface. As mentioned, there is some poetry in the book. It complements the idea of free association, and it bolsters the artworks. These aspects all add nicely to the diary-like feel of the book. Confused and scared to death our little naive girl in the jell captured by monster. This is in her memory and to all who goes through abuse in fear. When she was standing in front him, barefoot, with cut head, just after yet another operation, he happily exclaimed: I am loved Somebody loves me. Aren't you happy for me? Aren't you my friend? Believe or don't, i don't know what to really believe, but our never wrong psychic gave message from Luda from another side: If I knew then what I know now I would run for help. So the book is out. She asked while in a form of skeleton. She asked to vindicate. She fell. And as if it's ok in even voice said: i fell. He wouldn't let me in their home. She was dying. I am just from airplane to see her, to help to care for her. He said NO. She was dying and I was taking pictures of her windows. Numb. Still numb.

Описание: THE SVETA'S ART PHENOMENON Sveta's art is a state of consciousness as much as it is paper, pencils, and paint. How one can define this phenomenon? I considered myself fit to write about her art as I studied art all my life. First, as an artist, through countless art studios and five years of an art college, then as an art historian, as a philosopher of art, and then as a Jungian psychologist and philosopher. And now, looking at her addictive, colorful pages, I am at total loss. I am in awe. It is deeper than day can comprehend, to borrow Nietzsche's expression, and layered with meaning one usually does not expect to find in art. First of all, Sveta's art is aesthetically beautiful. The composition, the flow and interaction of forms, the visual balance of the color are true. Her sense of when enough is enough is superb. She walks the line between painting too sketchy and over-perfecting the detail with taste and grace. Her mastery of form, the ability to make it speak just what was intended is dynamic and refined. Is Sveta also a colorist? Definitely; the colors come on the paper, like the forms do: freely, unpredictably, in their endless expressive variety. But, Sveta possesses tasteful and well-measured-out rigor, using the colors just so. There is also a certain aesthetically pleasing economy in her work with shapes and colors. Paul Klee said that making art is simple: it's just putting the right color in the right place. This is exactly what Sveta does.

The big orange Self, sitting with Its hands over Its knees, with small Sveta on Its shoulder, together looking at the mountains (because they are not yet on speaking terms, says Sveta); two rectangular-ish shapes, one red and another white, smiling and holding hands; a dainty woman with a huge lit cigarette in a black dress and white beret, her white wings hang helplessly down. The images are quintessential art: they are images in their own right, with life and meaning of their own. Non of these may make immediate sense to us: Sveta paints not to please the viewer, but to express her inferiority, intense with meaning that is beyond common sense. Her images seem to be a wonder for her as much as they are for us. She is far from capitalizing on a once-found form, combination of colors, or plot: the art pieces range widely in style from simple and economic to elegant and sophisticated depending on the needs of the life-forms of the archetypal realm asking for expression. Freud famously said that dreams are the royal road to the Unconscious. Jung added that active imagination is also a very good way to the realm of the ultimate mystery. Sveta's art works are a happy marriage of both: the ideas, images, and colors spill freely from the radically Unknown, being Its messengers and speaking Its language. Sveta belongs with imaginative and channeling branch of artists.
