Formalmente ha de considerarse la cumbre del llamado Rococo prusiano o federiciano y tanto su ubicacion como su arquitectura y ornamentacion son un claro reflejo del nombre con el que el palacete fue bautizado: “sin preocupaciones”. Bajo su llamativa cupula se encuentra el famoso Salon de Marmol oval en el que pudo celebrarse la legendaria tertulia organizada por el soberano prusiano, deseoso de compartir, en un ambiente idilico, sus inquietudes musicales y filosoficas con invitados como Voltaire. La decoracion interior originaria, conservada en su mayor parte desde el siglo XVIII, transmite una imagen muy fiel de este punto de encuentro cultural que contribuyo decididamente a la fama de monarca ilustrado y de mecenas de Federico el Grande.
