It is current through July 1, 2018, and so includes coverage of critical material such as the Supreme Court's Carpenter decision regarding cell phone tracking, new legislation regarding citizen-initiated criminal charges, and the impact on various investigative procedures of the Juvenile Justice Reinvestment Act, which increases the age of juvenile jurisdiction from 16 to 18.
