For me to wrote this book with my own experience. HOW TO TAKE A FULL AND HAPPY LIFE AFTER 50 YEARS, for me wrote this book was a wonderful experience because for many years I had been past for many vicissitudes. I went through in my life Ups and Downs. But when I had 50 years I understood that it was my time to change my life. Many womens spent their whole life had been past so some many abuses, like oral abuse, economical abuses and also domestic violence in your house. I know that many women like me had been past his life raising their children and for that reason doesnt want to leave this kind of life. But if you are in your fifty its time to change your life styles and live the rest of your life very happy and very full of some nice things. I am sure that if you make some change in your life after 50 years I know for my own experience that the rest of your life is going to be with some wonderful things that is going too happened to you. So if you are in your fifty its time to take your life in your hand and do some many wonderful like go back to college, learned another language, also you can have a very good spiritual life . I know for own experience that after fifty you can have some many opportunities in your life . I wrote this book to help to many womens to take his life in your hands because they can have a full and happy life after 50 years.
