Описание: This book about raindrop fairies is a story of myself as a young boy sitting on an old green porch swing on our front porch in our three-room house. It had been raining all morning, and I could not go out to play. It was summertime and very warm. There was a puddle forming beside the porch. I got nothing to do, so I watched the raindrops make splashes and see how they would flow up and out. I thought how beautiful it was to see so many splashes. But I could see something special about those splashes.
I wondered if I got water in my hand and caught one before it splash, if I could see the splashes up close. I did. That is when I closed my hand as soon as a drop would land. If I could close my hand before it would make the splash, could I save that splash? I did that, and when I open my hand, I saw the raindrop fairy. Then I closed my hand fast and told her I would not hurt her. I just want to see her. She said, You cannot hurt me. That is when I learned all about the raindrop fairies.
I loved Mother Nature. It is amazing how children can see things that adults cant.
