Dadas las limitaciones presupuestarias, que tipos de inversiones son posiblemente las mas necesarias para ayudar a mejorar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes? Por ultimo, cuan bien dirigidas a las escuelas mas necesitadas estan las inversiones en infraestructura que se realizan hoy en dia? Con el proposito de ayudar a informar la toma de decisiones por parte del Ministerio de Educacion en este ambito, el objetivo de este estudio es proporcionar respuestas tentativas a estas preguntas sobre la base de los datos presupuestarios administrativos, asi como los datos a nivel de la escuela recolectados a traves de un censo de infraestructura escolar en 2008.
